I’m not a grinch by writing that heading and for those that know me, I’m one of the most generous and grateful people going around. The real challenge is though, sending generic Xmas gifts to referrers does not achieve anything.

Considering everyone feels its an obligation but you just paint yourself as one in another sheep in the flock, there’s no reason to do it in the first place. Unless your doing it to express gratitude and thanks to which it doesn’t actually do that anyway.
