Is it a benefit at all?

In most situations in the health and medical industry, the answer is clearly no. Whilst we all know the benefit of objective and subjective “feedback” regarding clinical and diagnostic skills, can the same benefit be seen from a business sense when we turn to feedback as a way to improve or grow our business.
